Even if you didn't know how much skill being a great DJ took, you could tell how great she was. We also got rained out during our ceremony and Paula was on cue and adaptive. She honestly made our wedding much more memorable and fun. If you want a wedding for the history books and a party of a lifetime go with Paula. You will not regret it. "We couldn't have gotten luckier to have DJ Paula at our August 26 wedding in Charlottesville! From the moment I first spoke to Paula on the phone, I knew we were in good hands. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and provided us her cell phone number to text with questions, changes, and ideas. She set up a google doc for us to fill in all of our specially picked songs for first dance, introductions etc. This helped us to get on the same page as far as the order of events for the evening well in advance of the wedding date. We also used the google doc to tweak and add to her expertly selected playlist. We added a few of our favorites, but for the most part, we trusted in Paula's selections. I can tell you that Paula has each of the songs on her playlist for a particular reason and knows how to get the crowd on the dance floor. Throughout our party, DJ Paula seamlessly transitioned from the newest hits to classic wedding/dance songs and back again. The entire crowd from the youngest to the oldest was on the dance floor the entire night. Not only can Paula keep the party going, but she also really helped us make our ceremony special and kept the flow of the evening progressing by making announcements on the mic. She was able to handle every special request we threw at her with ease. At the end of the night, the crowd was literally begging for 'one more song!'"
